In effetti, però, con quella velocità di download confrontata alla massima raggiungibile, potrebbe benissimo trattarsi di una configurazione 100\20 Mbit con profilo 17a.

Nel mio caso si vede che

VDSL2 Profile: Profile BrcmPriv1
Mentre se VDSL2 Profile fosse stato Profile 17a allora si sarebbe trattato della connessione 100\20 classica.
Nel tuo caso, però, da quanto hai postato più sopra, tu saresti collegato in modalità AnnexA ma sempre con profilo BrcmPriv1 e quindi 35b ed in teoria hai in effetti una configurazione idonea alla 200\20, ovviamente salvo quanto dice @hardcorepawn che pare la spiegazione più verosimile.
PS: sarebbe interessante verificare statisticamente quanti utenti del forum sono connessi in modalità AnnexB alla tedesca come nel mio caso, e quanti in AnnexA all'italiana.
