At this point we can try 2 other ways if you want.
Remove any SIM from DWR-933 B1.
RESET to default from Web GUI.

Connect DWR-933 B1 to Mac via USB cable and update only by wire (NOT wireless!).
Install Firefox on your Mac and use it to update (not Chrome neither Safari!).
Try to reinstall v1.03 on your existing 1.03 and at the end of process RESET to default from Web GUI.
(If reistalling v1.03 on existing 1.03 doesn't start try upgrading to 1.04 + RESET then downgrading to 1.03 + RESET)
After all you can follow the upgrade path below:
1.03 -> 1.04 + RESET
1.04 -> 1.05 + RESET
1.05 -> 1.06 + RESET
1.06 -> 1.08 + RESET
1.08 -> 1.11 + RESET

Try to obtain any PC + Windows: 7, 8, 8.1, 10 or 11!
Connect DWR-933 B1 to WinPC via USB cable and continue the process only by wire (NOT wireless!).
Unzip v1.02 package you can find in the 1st post and run .EXE file following the instructions.
