Questo router permette di utilizzare più di 2 profili Voip (multi provider) con possibilità  di creare regole di uscita e di ingresso a seconda del numero selezionato o chiamata in arrivo, oppure è "stupido" come la maggior parte degli altri prodotti (profilo 1 -> linea 1) e (profilo 2 -> linea 2) ?

avrei bisogno di un piccolo aiuto. Ho una connessione ADSL Fastweb, ho collegato il DVA-5593 alla corrente e ho inserito il cavo DSL (quello grigio) al router (ingresso grigio) e alla presa a muro, perdonate il linguaggio poco tecnico ma sono inesperta. Si accendono 4 luci tranne quella di Internet e in pratica non riesco a collegarmi.

Ho il dubbio che questo router non sia compatibile con l'ADSL di Fastweb, potrebbe essere? Oppure ho sbagliato nella configurazione iniziale che però non riesco più a rifare?

Che modem avevi prima di questo D-LINK?
La linea ADSL è attiva?
L'impianto è a posto?
Quale tipo di configurazione hai effettuato e come?

Ciao, dopo aver collegato i cavi e acceso il router devi configurarlo.
Apri Chrome o il browser che preferisci e vai su http://192.168.1.1
Al termine della configurazione guidata, se la linea è attiva, dovresti avere internet.

@bovirus - scusa per le imprecisioni e grazie per la risposta.

Prima del D-LINK avevo un modem di Fastweb del 2011 che mi hanno dato quando ho messo Internet a casa e che adesso ha un collegamento obsoleto e poco sicuro, per questo lo cambio. L'ADSL funziona, l'impianto è a posto, nella configurazione credo di aver sbagliato perchè ho messo VCI 48 anzichè 36, poi VPI 8, incapsulamento LLC.
Stasera riprovo a collegare il router e spero mi riproponga di fare la configurazione, mi spiace ma è tutto un po' complicato.

Con il modem acceso tieni premuto con una graffetta il pulsante RESET dietro del modem per una decina di secondi.

Il modem si resetterà e sarà come lo hai appena acceso la prima volta.

Accedi via browser a 192.168.1.1 e ripeti la configurazione mettendo i parametri necessari.

scusate la domanda forse sciocca... ho provato in vari modi usando la configurazione avanzata a cambiare i DNS della mia linea fttc TIM con quelli di google ma nella schermata dove c'è il riepilogo dei dati vedo sempre

Ciao, sicuramente stai guardando i dati della connessione WAN ed è normale avere i DNS TIM
Se cambi i DNS potresti avere problemi con il VoIP.

non uso voip quindi per quello non avrei problemi in tutti i casi !


ho cambiato i valori in Home>>Configurazione>>DNS>>Client:
il mio scopo era capire come usare i dns di google e dopo di ciò inserire al posto di essi l'indirizzo IP di un mio server locale

ma monitorando il mio server locale nessun dispositivo passa di li A MENO CHE io non tolga il dhcp e specifichi esplicitamente il DNS

questo mi fa capire che se in dhcp il router non passa il mio dns ne ovviamente quelli di google

Aggiungo che ho provato anche ad inserire dns statici qui :  Home>>Configurazione>>Connessioni di Rete>>Interfaccia IP>>IPv4
ma stesso risultato di prima


quello che vorrei fare io è : tutti i dispositivi (ne ho oltre 20) in DHCP (quindi ip automatico e ip del router come dns) e vorrei che ogni richiesta che arriva al server dns (router quindi) passi dai dns di goole/mio IP statico

ciao e intanto grazie per la risposta! il Relay l'avevo già modificato (o meglio credo che l'abbia fatto in automatico) ma il mio IP (192.168.1.10) non rileva client connessi

provo a modificare quella voce del DHCP; adesso in automatico c'era 192.168.1.1

adesso ho N device collegati! non tutti ma è già un bel traguardo ! grazie per la dritta :)

Di niente, figurati ;)
Prova a disconnettere e riconnettere i dispositivi vedrai che prenderanno i nuovi DNS.
