No, devi inventarti un nome che userai al posto dell'indirizzo IP.

A questo punto credo che il server usi dei suoi DNS (e non posso modificarli).

Ho (hai) risolto.

In effetti mi collegavo da un cellulare Android e non sapevo che le connessioni WiFi avessero preimpostate i DNS Google.
Ho inserito l'IP del router e si è collegato al server.

Se poi in hostname statico metto il mio servizio dns collegato all'IP pubblico con la stessa configurazione riesco a connettermi sia da locale che da remoto.

Sembra tutto risolto.

No-IP e ChangeIP offrono un piano gratuito, No-IP prevede una verifica tramite email ogni 30 giorni mentre ChangeIP mi pare non abbia limiti particolari.

Hello. An SFP that works with DVA-5592/5593 is MA5671A. You can buy them on eBay for 22€ with shipping. You will also need an SFP Managed Media Converter, I recommend TP-Link MC220L, you can buy this new on Amazon for around 25€. Finally, you will need a UART USB Serial Programmer (3.3v) around 5€ on Ali and and SFP socket for the programmer, around 2€ on Ali. Then some reading on hack-gpon.org It is not complicated but requires some research and time. I have a DVA-5593 with MA5671A working with Vodafone Spain at 1Gbps. Even VoIP works. You also need to extract some data from your ONT and router such as PLOAM, username, password, VoIP data, etc. I did this with Wireshark. If you need more details let me know. I am very very happy with the setup. Only 1 box (DVA-5593) for everything.

il modulo sfp integrato lo usa solo wind3, se non è cambiato niente gli altri usano tutti un ont esterno che si collega a un router ethernet

non serviva un router con modem e con slot sfp dato che non lo usi bastava un open router ethernet

come da oggetto e per aumentare la sicurezza della mia rete WIFI volevo usare i seguenti piccoli accorgimenti:
- Nascondere la rete

Impedire ad ulteriori device di connettersi alla rete WIFI, lasciando funzionanti solo quelli già configurati.

È possibile scegliere l'opzione ACCETTA o NEGA di accesso wireless per specificare gli indirizzi MAC. Selezionando ACCETTA sarà possibile accedere solo ai dispositivi specificati, selezionando NEGA gli indirizzi specificati saranno bloccati. È attiva una sola regola alla volta.

Non è possibile selezionare i MAC address da un elenco dei dispositivi connessi al router e dovrai inserire "a mano" tutti i MAC address dei dispositivi.

Perchè se così non è le 2 opzioni non servono a nulla in quanto in qualsiasi momento un esterno sconosciuto arriva all'ultimo memento e raccattando le password potrebbe inserirsi comunque.
Potrò bloccarlo solo DOPO averlo scoperto.

Scusate, ma non trovo la pagina dove poter assegnare un IP statico ad un dispositivo in locale (in particolare ad un dispositivo cablato).

Puoi aggiungere gli IP statici da qui: 192.168.1.1/ui/dboard/settings/dhcpsrv/poolstaticaddr?pool=1
Fai clik su Nuovo indirizzo statico.
Nella scheda subito prima puoi impostare dei DNS personalizzati che non influiranno sul funzionamento del servizio VoIP.

nella pagina "Rete Domestica" del menù del Router accanto alle varie porte troviamo i vari Device collegati e relativa denominazione prestabilita automaticamente.
Per ragioni di sicurezza mi chiedevo se c'è la possibilità di cambiare quel Nome/Denominazione ?

Peraltro cliccando sull'icona del Device troviamo un altro nome, anche questo inserito automaticamente ma con possibilità di cambiarlo, variando quest'ultimo si pregiudica il funzionamento ?

No, il cambio nome non pregiudica nulla e i devices con i vecchi nomi li puoi anche eliminare una volta che siano disconnessi.
